Good Afternoon Lovely,

Well, well, well , well ……where do I begin? Speechless to be honest – another war ? goodness me this is so sad. I’m also selfishly thinking this is so detrimental to our already fragile economy. There has been so much uproar with this war too. Everyone with so much to say, and protest, which has added more violence and sadness thrown in. My only opinion is what would any of us do if we were Israel? It’s a very sad and difficult situation to be in. If we all took a minute to sit back and think about the shoe being on the other foot, with a glass of Gin in hand , I do believe it would save a lot of violence and sadness.

Anyway, moving onto other things , like sleep! Suffering with insomnia since as far back as I can remember, I have tried everything to sleep. I’ve sprayed Lavender (so much I came out in a blistered rash) Cherry Juice, coconut water , Hot milk, Gin, Hot Chocolate, Sleeping tablets (worked a treat but I don’t want a narcotics addiction) , Ovaltine, Kiwi fruit, Bananas , Dark chocolate, more Gin, I’m not joking I told my mum that if I keep listening to her tips on this I am going to end up with Obesity (or an Alcoholic).

So I took up Meditation ( recommended by a good friend ) , apparently it will relax me and help me to sleep! So I popped in my ear pods, as Jason someone spoke softly in my ear. I was instructed to look up to my ear, scan my body, breath in, and out, feel my chest , enter a meadow , open a lunch bag, look at the sky, goodness me it was all going on. I find a Body combat session at the gym easier to follow!! Ill stick with the Nytol for now

All joking aside , I did fall asleep. I was so bored of the lunch I packed I had no other option I recommend for you if you struggle with sleep though. ( YouTube Jason Stephenson )

On a positive note , Manufacturing always dies off this time of year (not great for manufacturing industry I know) this is a great time for all other industries though. Those fabulous candidates laid off from Manufacturing are available for work. We have the following available:

Gloucester-hartpury vs Bristol Bears. It was a very entertaining game, unlucky to Gloucester for not picking up the win although not surprising as the ref made some dubious decisions. Always good meeting @a.matthews06 and also the first time getting to watch her play a game.
